This price point marks the lowest recorded cost for the device. The Space 2 launched with a $30 higher list price than the previous model, the Space One. That initial gap reflects upgrades in audio performance and design. The current sale narrows the financial distance between the two generations.

The primary technical improvement lies in active noise cancellation. The newer model suppresses low-frequency sounds more effectively than its predecessor.
