Bryan Johnson has partnered with Tovala to bring his strict dietary protocol to a wider audience. The collaboration makes his Blueprint-certified meals available through a fresh food delivery service.
The Longevity Meal line launched on Thursday, Oct. 29. It joins the existing menu at Tovala. The weekly options now include two signature items from Johnson: Super Veggie and Nutty Pudding. A rotating selection of other chef-crafted entrees will also appear on the menu.
Johnson stated that his protocol requires every ingredient to meet a high standard. He said, "In my protocol, every ingredient fights for its life." He added that the new meals must meet that same strict standard to earn Blueprint certification.
Each dish in the line focuses on lean proteins, healthy fats, and nutrient-rich ingredients. The meals exclude more than 100 banned ingredients. They contain no dairy, artificial preservatives, refined sugars, or hydrogenated oils. The food is designed around specific macronutrient targets to balance protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Most meals provide at least eight grams of fiber and 35 grams of protein.
Tovala distinguishes itself from other meal delivery companies by providing a dedicated appliance. Customers select their weekly plan and choose specific dishes. Each order includes a Tovala Smart Oven. The device uses a QR code to run a specific cook cycle for each meal. It features Bake, Broil, Air Fry, Toast, and Reheat modes. The company intends for the appliance to replace a standard oven, toaster, air fryer, and microwave.
The meals require one minute of preparation time. Prices start at $8.99 per serving. The Smart Oven starts at $69.
