The Hat Six Travel Center in Casper, Wyoming, is closed after a vehicle drove into the structure. The facility remains open for fueling, with pumps still operational despite the damage to the main building. No injuries were reported in the incident.

This event adds to a pattern of collisions involving well-maintained commercial buildings in the state. In Chugwater, a driver destroyed the town's only gas station years ago. The community had numerous older structures that required demolition, yet the new fueling station was the property damaged in that specific crash.

In Rosett, a pickup truck rammed into the local post office. The town contained several buildings that needed tearing down, including a dilapidated strip club, but the post office was the structure hit by the vehicle.

Another collision occurred in Mills, where a driver crashed into a church. The building is located in the Mills Plaza directly next to a Family Dollar store.

In Cheyenne, two vehicles were involved in a collision that sent them into the Central Executive Suites office leasing building. The property is located at 1623 Central Avenue.

The Hat Six Travel Center closure marks the latest incident in this series. The store is currently shut, but the fuel pumps continue to serve drivers. The vehicle that struck the building caused enough damage to halt operations at the main store, though no persons were harmed during the crash.

The Casper incident follows the pattern seen in Chugwater, Rosett, Mills, and Cheyenne. In each case, a functional and necessary building was damaged while older structures in the same communities remained standing. The Hat Six Travel Center is now closed to customers, with only the fueling area remaining accessible.
